More information needed about File:Dubai skyline at nine fifteen in the evening from a hotel.jpeg
editHello, Pbruce1110!
It was really helpful of you to you to upload File:Dubai skyline at nine fifteen in the evening from a hotel.jpeg. However, we need to properly format the image license information in order to keep and use new images.
If you can edit the description and add one of these templates, that would be great. If you're not sure how or would like some help, please ask us at the media copyright questions page and we'll be happy to assist you.
Thanks again! --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 07:05, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
More information needed about File:43px seal of the president.jpeg
editThanks for uploading File:43px seal of the president.jpeg. However, it needs some more work before it is okay to use on Wikipedia.
Please click here and do the following:
- Add a description of where the image comes from (not what it is) and who the creator is. Please be specific, and include a link if you can.
- Find the appropriate license from the list of free, non-free media, or public domain options. Copy the license template and paste it in the file's page, and save.
If you follow these steps, your image can help enhance Wikipedia. If you have any questions, feel free to ask at the media copyright questions page.
Thank you for your contribution! --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 03:06, 3 February 2012 (UTC)
Topics
editYou've got some great topic ideas - however some of your topics might take some tweaking to find good research worthy of a full article. This is best accomplished through research, since you've got to back up all your information on Wikipedia. Our next class will be a visit with the subject librarian for help but check out scholar.google.com in the meantime. Debaser42 (talk) 19:21, 7 February 2012 (UTC)
Your sandbox work
editHi Pbruce1110, glad to see you've started off on your article in your sandbox! I see you've added a reference. The referencing is good, but as you notice, a big red ugly error pops up in place of the reference. To counter this, just go to the end of your article and add the text ==References== {{reflist}}. This will create a proper list of references you've given. Feel free to message me on my talk page if you need help, Thanks! Lynch7 14:17, 7 March 2012 (UTC)

Survey Invite
editI'm working on a study of political motivations and how they affect editing. I'd like to ask you to take a survey. The survey should take no more than 1-2 minutes. Your survey responses will be kept private. Our project is documented at https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Wikipedia_%2B_Politics.
Your survey Link: http://uchicago.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_9S3JByWf57fXEkR?Q_DL=56np5HpEZWkMlr7_9S3JByWf57fXEkR_MLRP_6opBv1DW2vqOUBv&Q_CHL=gl
I am asking you to participate in this study because you are a frequent editor of pages on Wikipedia that are of political interest. We would like to learn about your experiences in dealing with editors of different political orientations.
Sincere thanks for your help! Porteclefs (talk) 18:21, 9 April 2018 (UTC)
