Hi, some comments

  • the article needs more references. Much of the text is completely unreferenced
  • where you do have refs they are sometimes incomplete (at least three lack page numbers). Note that journal titles should be italicised
  • There are remarkably few wikilinks to other articles in your text
  • your text contains unencyclopaedic personal opinions eg There is a need to bridge research and policy specially the science-policy interface. It's fair enough to give the attributed opinions of Jones and Walsh, but not to claim that as a fact. I'd lose that sentence
  • I've fixed the headings, if you want to make any of them sub-headings, just add another = on each side of the text. I personally wouldn't have a new heading for each paragraph, but that's your call
