اشرف السجيني هو لواء شرطة سابق و مسك مناصب مهمة في وزارة الداخلية المصرية منها وكيل مصلجة السجون و مساعد وزير الداخلية لتصاريح العمل. اشرف السجيني اتولد سنة 1956 و اتخرج من كلية الشرطة في السبعينات و كان ضابط معروف بكفائته في شغله من ساعة ما اتخرج لغاية ما طلع معاش سنة 2012 في عصر الرئيس الاسبق محمد مرسي الي حال قيادات كتير في الداخلية للمعاش بسبب موقف الاخوان المسلمين منهم و اشرف السجيني كان من ضمن هؤلاء الضباط. في 24 فبراير 2011 ابن اللواء اشرف السجيني, النقيب صلاح السجيني اتورط في حادثة المعادي الشهيرة عندما اطلق النيران علي سواق ميكروباص حاول التعدي عليه و اصابة في رقبته و ده سبب حالة فوضي بمنطقة ميدان الجزائر لما اتلم سواقين الميكروباص و البلطجية علي صلاح و ضربوه لغاية ما كان هيموت لولا تدخل القوات المسلحة المصررية التي انقذت حياته. اللواء اشرف السجيني مسك مناصب كتير خلال فترة خدمته اهمها, مساعد وزير الداخلية لتصاريح العمل, وكيل مصلحة السجون, رئيس مباحث جنوب القاهرة, رئيس مباحث شمال القاهرة, و كيل مباحث وسط القاهرة, رئيس مباحث قسم البساتين, رئيس مباحث قسم مصر القديمة, رئيس مباحث قسم السيدة زينب, مفتش مباحث قسم المعادي و غيرها من المناصب الامنية.ينتمي اشرف السجيني لعائلة السجيني و هي احد العائلات الكبيرة في مصر و منها خرج شخصيات عامة و تاريخية زي الامام عبد الرؤوف السجيني الشيخ التاسع لمشيخة الازهر و المثال المعروف جمال السجيني و احمدالسجيني عضو مجلس النواب المصري و القيادي بحزب الوفد. توفي اللواء اشرف السجيني يوم 18 فبراير, 2016 في بمستشفي السلام الدولي عن عمر يناهز ال60 عاما بعد صراع طويل مع المرض.

احمد جمال حافظ السجيني.رجل اعمال و سياسي مصري. ينتمي السجيني لحزب الوفد و هو احد قيداته البارزين، وهو عضو في مجلس النواب المصري. ترشح السجيني في انتخابات مجلس النواب الماضية علي قائمة في حب مصر المؤيدة لنظام الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي. وقد اجتاحت القائمة الانتخابات بفوز كاسح واصبح السجيني عضوا في مجلس النواب المصري عن حزب الوفد و هو ايضا نائب رئيس هيئة الحزب البرلمانية. في وقت لاحق انتخب السجيني لقيادة اللجنة البرلمانية للحكم المحلي التي تقوم حاليا بصياغة قانون المحليات الذي يعتبر شرطا مسبقا لإجراء الانتخابات المحلية التي طال انتظارها والتي لم تعقد منذ ما قبل ثورة يناير 2011. أحمد جمال حافظ السيجيني ينتمي إلى عائلة السجيني و هي إحدى عائلات مصر الكبري، ، ومن بين أقاربه الامام عبد الرؤوف السجيني الشيخ التاسع للأزهر و النحات المصري الشهير جمال السجيني و النحاتة المصرية زينب السجيني ومساعد وزير الداخلية الأسبق اللواء أشرف السجيني، والدكتور عبد المنعم السجيني نائب رئيس نادي سموحة الرياضي الاسبق
