Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Squat Theatre, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page 23rd Street. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Squat Theatre has been reverted.
Your edit here to Squat Theatre was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://rockrarecollectionfetish.blogspot.com/2011/03/nico-squat-theatre-new-york-3081980.html) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 13:15, 18 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:HIGH HEELS.jpg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:HIGH HEELS.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. August 2014

edit

Welcome to Wikipedia! Although everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent uploads did not appear to be constructive and has been or soon will be deleted. Please read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. It was decided in a deletion discussion that the non-free images at Orshi_Drozdik were not appropriate and should be removed. If you continue to upload these photos without first establishing consensus you may be blocked. I would recommend starting a discussion at WP:NFCR to gain a consensus. Cheers, TLSuda (talk) 18:02, 18 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

I've told you on three separate occasions that the images that you uploaded were originally deleted due to a deletion discussion. By re-uploading the images, you are going against consensus. You are also now claiming copyright for images and works of art that you do not own (a claim that you've made). You are not listening/reading anything I am saying about why these images cannot be uploaded without first there being consensus. I've even told you where to go to try to find consensus, but you aren't paying any attention. You are simply ignoring all advise that I've given you, and by continuing to uploading content in this manner, you are being disruptive. If you fail to heed these warnings, you can and will be blocked. Cheers, TLSuda (talk) 23:14, 18 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Uploading images

edit

Hi there- I saw you created a page requesting help with uploading images. To upload an image, simply go to Wikipedia:File Upload Wizard and follow the instructions. Please note that only freely licensed images (such as photos you have taken yourself that you are happy to release under a free license) or images which meet our very strict non-free content guidelines can be uploaded. If you need any help understanding these issues, you are welcome to contact me on my talk page. J Milburn (talk) 18:12, 21 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

Orphaned non-free image File:SHOT AT SCREEN ANDY W. LAST LOVE.jpg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:SHOT AT SCREEN ANDY W. LAST LOVE.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Stefan2 (talk) 17:55, 24 August 2014 (UTC)Reply

ArbCom elections are now open!

edit

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. Multiple accounts

edit

In responding to your message at the Teahouse, I noticed that you've started using this account again instead of your account at User:Osvaldo valdes 165443 (which I'm assuming is also you). Please be aware that using multiple accounts on Wikipedia, especially when editing the same article, can result in all of your accounts being blocked. The policy you need to take a look at is at WP:SOCK; in essence, you either need to stick to one account or post a message on your user pages identifying any other accounts that you use (and make sure you use them for different purposes on the site). Blocked for sockpuppetry

edit

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Osvaldo Valdes Lopez. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Vanjagenije (talk) 23:58, 7 March 2023 (UTC)Reply
