I don't know him personally, only through his classmates in Ukraine. I've got permission on using File:Хосе Давид Чапарро Мартинез.jpg from one of them for wikipedia only. I've read some of articles of Mr Jose David Chaparro Martinez. It's allowed to write an article about businessman with such a great work experience. Orororo (talk) 15:18, 19 September 2019 (UTC)

It seems to me that we are just walking around. I didn't put any personal point of view in article, any prejudiced opinions. I don't work for the subject's company, I'm not paid for this article. In your previous unblock request you seemed to indicate you had misrepresented the origin of an image in violation of WP:COPYVIO and have not, in your most current unblock request, indicated you understand Wikipedia's copyright and image upload policies. (You also did not indicate, in specific terms, a legitimate need to have a working Wikipedia account [i.e. what specific edits or contributions you plan to work on if unblocked]).
Copyright violations place the entire project in jeopardy, ergo, editors who upload images without an understanding of COPYVIO place the entire project in jeopardy. As a result, continued blocking of this account is of critical necessity to "prevent imminent or continuing damage and disruption to Wikipedia" as per WP:BLOCKP. Regretfully, I am therefore required to decline your unblock request. Your interest in supporting Wikipedia is noted and appreciated.
