June 2020 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Yusaku Yara, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Disambiguation link notification for September 13 edit

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Yoshiko Sakakibara, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page From the New World. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:48, 13 September 2020 (UTC)Reply

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2020 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 02:57, 24 November 2020 (UTC)Reply

Stop posting leaks edit

Please stop adding leaks for episode counts on 2021 in anime and various other articles. Wikipedia only hosts information with reliable official sources to back it up. Link20XX (talk) 03:05, 9 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

Use of edit summaries edit

A scroll of your edit history just now showed that the majority of your edits (like your TXT discog edit earlier) don't contain any edit summaries at all. Just wanted to remind you that you should write one when you make changes to a page, unless it's a minor edit that doesn't require one. This is helpful for other editors coming after you because they're able to easily know what's been done to an article. -- Carlobunnie (talk) 19:16, 17 January 2021 (UTC)Reply

February 2021 edit

Hello, I'm DigitalChutney. I noticed that you recently removed content from Colorful Sensibility Part 2 without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Misinformation edit

Thanks for the actor information you added to List of Edens Zero characters. However, one of the actors (Hiromichi Tezuka) was mistakenly placed under the wrong character ("Professor Weisz Steiner" instead of "Weisz Steiner (young)"). This isn't anything formal, but for edits such as these, familiarity with the subject matter is recommended. The info has been moved to its proper spot. Quotation marks edit

Seriously, stop doing this. Song titles are always surrounded by quotes. plicit 11:26, 19 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Stop marking large edits as minor edit

This is not a minor edit. Large removals or additions of content should not be marked as minor. Please see Help:Minor edit for what constitutes a minor edit. Thank you. Ss112 18:25, 10 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Stop marking edits as minor when they're not. [1]. Ss112 02:10, 2 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

May 2021 edit

Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. Thanks! Rockysmile11(talk) 01:14, 25 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Small text edit

Stop doing this. This is not an accepted practice and there is no reason to make the original song titles smaller than the English title. plicit 12:13, 5 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

September 2021 edit

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. With a Wikipedia account you can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing →   Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! Please don't change text until albums have actually been released edit

Regarding this edit you made to Lee Hi, the album was not out anywhere then. It was factually incorrect. Please wait until the album has actually been released somewhere before changing prose. Edits like this will be reverted in future. Thank you. Ss112 09:11, 9 September 2021 (UTC)Reply

Yet again, changing articles hours in advance of something's actual release. Are you able to contain yourself? Stop doing this until it's actually been released. Ss112 09:08, 21 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Stop arranging songs by how they charted edit

You've done this several times, including just now after I just reverted you for it on another article. Why are you ignoring requests to stop doing this? We do not arrange songs by the highest to the lowest chart position they received on any chart, but rather by the order of the tracks on the EP or the album's track listing. There is widespread precedent for doing this, because numbers achieved on one chart are arbitrary, can change and can chart in multiple countries (so then which country's chart would we go off?). Ignoring this in future will result in warnings for disruption. Stop doing this. Ss112 03:17, 14 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Song titles edit

Song titles should always be surrounded by quotation marks. Your talk page shows that you have already been made aware of this at least once, so please make sure you're using quotation marks when you add track lists in future. Alex (talk) 16:27, 25 October 2021 (UTC)Reply

Please stop making Korean text small edit

When you add singles to Korean artists' articles—which should be sourced, by the way—please stop putting the Korean title in small text. It should not be small. You've had this said to you several times now, so please stop doing it. You should be actively trying to remove small markup from around Korean titles instead of continuing on the practice. Ss112 02:12, 3 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Only1greenyoshi, @Explicit: and I have already asked you to stop making Korean text small, yet you still are. There is no reason to do this, and it makes the text harder to read. Please stop already. Ss112 19:55, 24 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

Do not mark significant removals of content as minor edit

Hi. This and this are not minor edits, so please do not mark them as such. Removing (or adding) 300 bytes in one edit is not minor. Please see Help:Minor edit for what constitutes a minor edit. Thank you. Ss112 02:55, 21 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please stop doing this. Adding a whole 200-byte archive is not a minor edit. Just stop checking the minor edit box—it's really not that hard, Only1greenyoshi. Ss112 03:24, 26 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

N/a should be present in columns where charts are no longer being published edit

Your four edits like this earlier have been reverted. In case you didn't know, Billboard has stopped publishing the K-pop Hot 100 (its last issue was a whole month ago) seemingly in favour of the Hits of the World South Korea Songs chart seen here. Template:N/a is fitting because the song can't chart on a chart that currently does not exist. A dash means it could have charted but simply did not, so please stop with these administrative-type edits you make after me where you act like you know better because you clearly don't. Thank you. DYK for Sora Amamiya edit

On 1 June 2022, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article Sora Amamiya, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that Japanese voice actress and singer Sora Amamiya's song "Jōnetsu no Te Amo" was heavily influenced by Latin music, including the use of a Spanish guitar? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Sora Amamiya. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, Sora Amamiya), and if they received a combined total of at least 416.7 views per hour (i.e., 5,000 views in 12 hours or 10,000 in 24), the hook may be added to the statistics page. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

STOP removing N/A from Korean Hot chart columns edit

How many times have I reverted you for this in past weeks? Stop doing this and this. The Billboard K-pop Hot 100 is no longer published, therefore its chart column should be marked with an Template:N/a to indicate it no longer exists. Do you not read your talk page messages? Because you should. Next time I will warn you for disruptive editing. Ss112 05:39, 7 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Kep1er. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Ss112 03:06, 21 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Conduct on Wikipedia edit

Hello, I'm Serge, an Admin here on Wikipedia. I'm a bit concerned about all these warnings on your talk page. Two things you really need to do on Wikipedia.

  1. Always add a reliable source when you add or change content.
  2. If other editors try to engage in discussion over your edits, you must address their concerns (or alternatively, let them know you'll drop it.

These aspects of Wikipedia are non-negotiable - Wikipedia is built around the use of reliable sources and collaboration and discussion among editors. If you do not change your ways, you'll find your account hit with blocks for increasingly long periods of time.

If you have questions, I can offer help. But you can't keep going on the way you're going.

Thanks. Sergecross73 msg me 14:46, 21 July 2022 (UTC)Reply

Since I've left you this comment, you've made this unsourced edit, and have not responded to my concerns. Final warning on both of these points. Add sources with your edits and respond to talk page messages or your account will be blocked from editing. Sergecross73 msg me 18:39, 21 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
This edit was also unsourced. So your account is now blocked for 48 hours. Sergecross73 msg me 02:09, 22 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hello. This edit introduced unsourced info into an article. The source already present confirmed the EP's existence and release date, but not it's name. Just in case this was an innocent oversight, I wanted to give you the chance to correct it instead of blocking you. Pleases fix this and not ignore it. Thanks. Sergecross73 msg me 14:49, 28 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Making sure you saw this... Sergecross73 msg me 20:39, 28 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
It's been 24 hours, you've been actively editing, and you've refused to fix or address this sourcing issue, so you're blocked for 1 week. Sergecross73 msg me 13:59, 29 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
Hello, I was away for vacation for a few days, so I could not respond to your messages. Nothing I have done was intentional, and was simply an oversight. I did not mean any harm from my edits, nor will I add any additional information unless it is sourced. I will also make sure to keep greater attention toward the messages. I should be able to provide another source for the edit that you mentioned. I hope you understand and unblock me. Only1greenyoshi (talk) 16:19, 29 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
I'm sorry, I didn't mean a few days, just only recently, but my point still stands. I can fix the issue that you provided right now if you need. Only1greenyoshi (talk) 16:21, 29 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
I'm confused by your explanation. Your contributions objectively show that you were actively editing as I repeatedly warned you about this over the course of yesterday. It's clear as day when you check Special:Contributions/Only1greenyoshi. Sergecross73 msg me 20:54, 29 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
The honest explanation is that I simply did not check the messages. And I'm sorry that I was not aware of that fact. Again, nothing I am editing is harmful in any manner. Only1greenyoshi (talk) 21:53, 29 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
I appreciate that you don't do anything overtly damaging like vandalism, but as I've been telling you, this is a collaborative project where you need to communicate with others. You've been ignoring discussions and warnings on your talk page for years now. That isn't acceptable - I honestly can't believe you havent found trouble from an admin any sooner than now. I hope you'll start communicating with people more proactively when your block expires. Sergecross73 msg me 18:33, 30 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
