Flashback to Wikipedia's past

Nostalgia is a link to what Wikipedia looked like back in 2001 when we had only 19,000 articles.

The English Wikipedia now has over 6,904,376 articles. (purge server to refresh number). The five-millionth article, Persoonia terminalis, about a rare shrub, was written by an editor in Australia just after midnight on November 1, 2015.

Azimuddin Qutluq Muhammad Khizer Shah Bahadur moved to draftspace

edit

An article you recently created, Azimuddin Qutluq Muhammad Khizer Shah Bahadur, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. While there are two citations provided, neither of them appear to actually mention the subject. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. signed, Rosguill talk 07:02, 11 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Mirza Khizr Sultan edits

edit

Hi, I wanted to talk to you about your edits on Mirza Khizr Sultan. I noticed you added a lot of information about Khizr Sultan's descendants. Could you please also add references for this new information? Thanks Alivardi (talk) 19:39, 19 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Nafeessiddique, please also write more coherently if you can. Your edits are borderline incomprehensible, looking almost like word salad with improper punctuation. — Stevey7788 (talk) 16:22, 21 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Why are you removing all this do you have any problem..if you want to see reference or prove you can go To Rampur Raza library or Istanbul Museum.. Nafeessiddique (talk) 16:32, 21 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

I did not realise you have been replying. Could you please notify my page next time to let me know?
The issue is, that it is your responsibility to provide proof for your assertions. It is not the job of a reader of the article to verify your claims. Your "jewelry", as you mentioned in the other thread, isn't an appropriate source. I am happy to help you with writing the article, but I need you to please reference reliable sources. Alivardi (talk) 19:24, 21 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
You've already mentioned the Rampur Raza Library, could you please name the book you had mind? Along with the author and publication year? Please, that is all I need. Alivardi (talk) 10:15, 22 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

I know that you want to be create a environment regarding Great Empires of the world if you don't want to give correct information for the people then we don't need to go Sach type of one sided world in which everything information according to Deep state who is ruling the real world just like they did in past during University of Qurtba every documents Steeled and then a rule passed by Government that everyone should go to patent his discovery in the Royal Scientific Society . So Don't worry we have historical evidence of documentation .. which is our Jewelry.. Nafeessiddique (talk) 16:53, 21 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Your recent editing history at Mirza Khizr Sultan shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you are reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in you being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.
