I have revised a past post, made under an old account(Politicaldiscrimination in 2012) with new citations of verifiable sources. NPOV has been attempted. NMCheadache (talk) 19:15, 24 June 2014 (UTC)NMCheadacheNMCheadache (talk) 19:15, 24 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

Help:Referencing for beginners edit

Hi , see wp:Referencing for beginners for specific help. It could be argued whether a community newspaper is a wp:RS, in any case each point you wish to make should be fully noted to the issue of the newspaper/date/journalist name/page #/story title etc. It is not required for any content to be online, print only media is just fine. Remember to write neutrally. regards 94.195.46.205 (talk) 04:48, 5 July 2014 (UTC)Reply

April 2019 edit

  Hello, I'm ST47. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions —specifically this edit to Northwestern Michigan College— because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. Thanks. ST47 (talk) 03:15, 4 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

Managing a conflict of interest edit

  Hello, NMCheadache. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:

  • avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
  • propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. ST47 (talk) 03:21, 4 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
