A topic must have "received significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject". "Significant coverage" means that sources address the subject directly in detail, and no original research is needed to extract the content. See WP:GNG for details of this. The present references are not about the actual topic of the article, so they do not constitute 'significant coverage'. The article presently looks like original research, which is not permitted. If so, please read WP:AUTO - and I strongly recommend that you edit some other articles, before tackling the very difficult business of being neutral when you have a conflict of interest. The biggest problem I see at the moment is a lack of independent reliable sources - brabazonarchive.com is a primary source, imdb is not a reliable source; the Independent piece is self-authored, and the others do not look independent. I have added one 'fact' referenced to the newspaper, mostly to show how inline references work. I'm personally avoiding putting any value judgements on the activities of GetUp!. Wiktionary defines partisan as "A fervent, sometimes militant, supporter or proponent of a party, cause, faction, person, or idea." Most of GetUp!'s activities would fall into the left leaning category. The thrust of my point was that since it is an organised group which involves itself in the political process (all be it not directly seeking political representation) it could be a categorised as a left wing group.
