The instructions are contained in the message above. Specifically RE disclosing, see the bullet point 'disclose', and follow the link at the end of that line.

Having a COI does not, in and of itself, prevent the article from being published, as long as it is disclosed properly. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 15:46, 4 August 2022 (UTC)
