Speedy deletion nomination of User:Magiseif
editA tag has been placed on User:Magiseif requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section U5 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to consist of writings, information, discussions, and/or activities not closely related to Wikipedia's goals. Please note that Wikipedia is not a free web hosting service. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such pages may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Please don't write about yourself
editHello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article about yourself, at Draft:Magy Seif El-Nasr. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Wikipedians with articles). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. --Worldbruce (talk) 13:13, 21 April 2020 (UTC)

Your AfC submission
editHi Magiseif. I'm responding to the message you left on my talk page about your AfC submission, Draft:Magy Seif El-Nasr. The draft was not rejected because of the formatting of references, but because the references are not reliable and independent, per the messages left above. Specifically, we need articles that are not written by the subject in order to verify the claims made in the article. What this could mean is newspaper or magazine articles about the subject, or book/game reviews in reliable sources.
The entire biography section also needs in-line references. Claims that cannot be sourced (perhaps the birth date, for example?) should be removed.
As for comparisons to other biographical articles that appear on Wikipedia: unfortunately, they are not always up to standard and so it is helpful when people notice them so we can improve them. It is not the most helpful argument for suggesting that a particular page should exist without meeting the basic requirements of a page, just because other pages exist without doing so. You can see more about this guideline at WP:WHATABOUTX.
Finally, I'd encourage you to read the response to the question you left at the help desk. You'll need to scroll down over here: Wikipedia:WikiProject_Articles_for_creation/Help_desk/Archives/2020_April_21.
I know it is frustrating to have an article rejected, and the learning curve at Wikipedia can be steep. Let me know here if you have further questions. I'd be happy to have a conversation about all of this.
