Restoring draft

Hi. I don't respond via email unless I really know the other editor through working with them over the course of time. But in regards to your query, you have to request the draft be restored through a process called REFUND. Since it was deleted as being a stale draft, you can find the process at Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion/G13. Take care and good luck with the article.
