Categorization edit

Articles on Wikipedia must be categorized. Please don't remove the {{uncat}} tag from List of twin towns and sister cities in Indonesia until you've actually added at least one content category to it. Thanks. Bearcat (talk) 00:38, 6 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm going to repeat this: articles on Wikipedia must be categorized. If you want to remove the {{uncat}} tag from List of twin towns and sister cities in Indonesia, then you must actually add a category to it; the tag does not come off the article until that is done. October 2010 edit

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Before saving your changes to an article, please provide an edit summary, which you forgot to do before saving your recent edit to Airbus A380. Doing so helps everyone to understand the intention of your edit (and prevents legitimate edits from being mistaken for vandalism). It is also helpful to users reading the edit history of the page. Thank you. Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 04:55, 1 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

  • @Kumpayada: Per this unexplained edit of yours, mind providing us with an explanation/rationale as to why did you moved the image to another location? Have you bothered to read through that particular section which had the image placed upon in the first place? In future, if you're not sure, ask! --Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 05:13, 1 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Please stop making test edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Airbus A340. It is considered vandalism, which, under Wikipedia policy, can lead to a loss of editing privileges. If you would like to experiment again, please use the sandbox. Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 10:33, 1 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

RomDolce edit

I have a question for you, are you still using the RomDolce account? Note that you cannot be using two different usernamer/account here on Wikipedia at the same time unless you have an official permission to do so, granted this you are either to give up the former account or stick to the current Kumpayada account. Please make your choice/intention known here. Best. --Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 13:21, 1 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Last warning edit

Hi there. When editing an article on Wikipedia there is a small field labeled "Edit summary" under the main edit-box. It looks like this:

The text written here will appear on the Recent changes page, in the page revision history, on the diff page, and in the watchlists of users who are watching that article. See m:Help:Edit summary for full information on this feature.

Filling in the edit summary field greatly helps your fellow contributors in understanding what you changed, so please always fill in the edit summary field. If you are adding a section, please do not just keep the previous section's header in the Edit summary field – please fill in your new section's name instead. Thank you.

  1. STOP moving image files around article pages if you don't have any idea why they are placed there in the first place, especially to the attached relevant section(s).
  2. Different people uses different browsers and screen resolutions, this directly affect the way image files are displayed on their browser, what works very well for you may not work for other people. again, STOP messing around with them image files!
  3. USE the edit summary otherwise such unexplained edits by you are indistinguishable from vandalism edits! --Dave ♠♣♥♦™№1185©♪♫® 03:52, 3 October 2010 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Lufthansa A380-841 D-AIMB.JPEG.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Lufthansa A380-841 D-AIMB.JPEG.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
