• It does not qualify under the criteria for non-free content. See Point 1 of WP:NFCC, and specifically the wording "could be created". Freely licensed images of living people almost always will be something that could be created, so any non-free photo of a living person will fail criteria 1. -- Whpq (talk) 15:18, 17 December 2015 (UTC)

Copyrights

The draft that you placed back was deleted because it was a copyright violation. You cannot start an article by copying the biography of a person from a copyrighted website. Even if you change some of the wording, it is still going to be close paraphrasing which isn't allowed. Re-instating the page would be re-instating a copyright violation. As I stated above, you cannot start an article by copying the biography of a person from a copyrighted website.
