Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Max Nivelli, from its old location at User:Kikiha/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. /wiae /tlk 22:03, 8 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

LaMona Hi, thank you for the message. This is the first time I have submitted a page for review in the English Wikipedia, until now I have submitted only on Hebrew Wiki and there the procedure is different. All my facts are substantiated, of course. I will add the footnotes and resubmit. 86.86.33.58 (talk) 20:50, 17 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

Max Nivelli

edit

He was a German film producer, but he was also a script writer, and he was from Berlin , at least in his film career. And he was in other occupations related to the film industry. That's why I thought Film people from Berlin seemed to be the most appropriate. But categorisation is not an exact science. Its a matter of judgement. Feel free to disagree. We could even establish Film producers from Berlin because there are probably enough for their own category here - though I dont think there would be for any other German cities. Rathfelder (talk) 15:00, 12 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi, thanks for the quick reply. This is all true but during his years in the film business, he was mainly a producer so I think that the category of German Film Producers should definitely be included as well. Kiki 15:37, 12 July 2020 (UTC)

Your signature

edit

Hi. According to WP:CUSTOMSIG, custom signatures must contain at least one link to the user's user or talk pages, which yours does not, making extra steps necessary for people to respond to you. You can solve this by going to Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-personal, finding the Signature section about half-way down the page, and un-checking the "Treat the above as wiki markup ..." checkbox. This causes the entry in the Signature field above to be displayed as your name, but still links it to your correct user page so others can easily get to it. Alternatively (and somewhat better IMO), if you clear out the Signature field, it will simply use your username so there is no confusion between it and the displayed name. Thanks. —[AlanM1 (talk)]— 19:41, 14 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

Hi, thanks for this input - I appreciate it, I wasn't aware of that. I changed my signature accordingly and I hope now it displays as required. Let me know if there is anything further. [[User:Kikiha|Kikiha]] ([[User talk:Kikiha|talk]]) (talk) 20:02, 14 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

I'm afraid it looks even more confusing now, with wikicode being rendered as part of it. I'd suggest simply blanking out the signature field at Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-personal so it uses the default signature. Thanks. —[AlanM1 (talk)]— 08:54, 23 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
O.k. thanks, I've blanked it out, hope this finally works. Kikiha (talk) 09:34, 23 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
As you can see, yes it did.   —[AlanM1 (talk)]— 06:02, 24 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
