Mohanlal edit

I've reverted your additions to this article per WP:PUFFERY. Wikipedia is written from a neutral tone of voice. Overtly positive, subjective appraisals of an actor's status are rarely regarded as acceptable. Please read the guideline and policy I've linked above. If you have questions, please feel free to let me know. Thanks, --Hammersoft (talk) 20:03, 12 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Ken, I'm noticing this as well. Your burst of edits here, here and here and here introduce quite a bit of interpretive content (specifically your personal opinions) and some really fluffy language, like the use of statements like "His Conventional Acting Style with perfection" and words like "blockbuster" or "superstar" or "reigning king". We don't regurgitate subjective declarations like "blockbuster" "super hit", "failure", "flop", "disaster", "all time super blockbuster status", etc. because these are opinions, and we do not present opinions as facts. Wikipedia is a neutral encyclopedia, so we have to keep our language neutral, so we don't sound like we're promoting or drooling over article subjects. There are other problems too, like in this edit, where you jammed a bunch of content right before a reference, so that reference got moved really far from the content that it was supporting. This is not helpful. Thank you. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:51, 15 October 2017 (UTC)Reply
  • And this edit was blatantly false information and directly contradicts the information provided in the sources. This is nothing but pure vandalism. KenGohan, if you continue on this path, it is highly likely you will be blocked from editing. I don't know what your motivation is in editing these articles, but tearing down that which you don't like while puffing up that which you do is flat out not acceptable behavior here. If you continue in this behavior, it will not end well for your editing here. If there's any part of this which isn't clear, then by all means ask. If you are uncertain about an edit, then ask before making it. Consider this a level 3 warning. If you persist, there's just one more warning past this, and then you're blocked. --Hammersoft (talk) 16:09, 15 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Reliable sources edit

Please don't add random websites like here, where you link to indianmoviestats.com. Just because a website exists doesn't mean that it is a legitimate source of accurate data. Anyone can start a website and publish whatever they want. Please stick to mainstream sources with established reputations for fact-checking and accuracy and please see WP:ICTF#Guidelines on sources for a general list of sites that are and are not considered sufficient in the context of Indian cinema articles. See also our reliable sourcing guidelines. Thank you. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 15:58, 17 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

NPOV edit

Hello, I'm Arjayay. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Khaidi No. 150 seemed less than neutral and has been removed. If you think this was a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 20:24, 1 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

November 2017 edit

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Vijay filmography, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you.   Hello, I'm TheFarix. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Black Clover, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. —Farix (t | c) 04:02, 7 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at The Great Father, you may be blocked from editing. Diff: [1] Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:15, 12 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

Citation style and referencing edit

Considering your latest group of edits, please read Wikipedian editing policy and WP:CITE style. Also the box office numbers were cumulative for the whole week, not only for one movie.--Miki Filigranski (talk) 10:53, 20 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please ([2]), start using citation style Template:Cite web and Template:Cite news.--Miki Filigranski (talk) 09:05, 27 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
Again the same thing, please ([3]) learn how to properly cite references on English Wikipedia. Adding an url link is not enough. Read WP:REFDD, Wikipedia:Tutorial/Citing sources and WP:REFBEGIN.--Miki Filigranski (talk) 17:12, 30 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
Again ([4]) at List of Dragon Ball films. Note that blatant copying of text from non-Wikipedian sources is violation of WP:COPYVIO. If you continue to do such a serious violation you can get reported and blocked from editing Wikipedia.--Miki Filigranski (talk) 22:03, 30 December 2018 (UTC)Reply

Citation style edit

Hello, Thanks for leaving your edits on Dragon Ball Super: Broly. I just wanted to let you know that I reverted your edits. I removed them because those citations you added are not trustworthy and had bad referencing style. If you have any questions regarding the subject please feel free to ask in Talk: Dragon Ball Super: Broly. Please have a look in WP:Cite and Manual of Style(simplified).
Sincerely,
Masum Reza(talk) 00:35, 29 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Thanks for leaving your edits in Dragon Ball Super: Broly. Although I must say you are repeating the same mistake. Please learn how to cite sources. Your previous edits have been improved by another user. Please have a look. If you have any questions feel free to ask in talk page. You can also ask questions in teahouse.
Sincerely,
Masum Reza(talk) 14:58, 29 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

Dragon Ball edit

Hi, just letting you know that we don't list IMDb ratings or audience scores on Wikipedia, those are not collected actual reviews from critics and can easily be manipulated. Also, I don't see the benefit of spliting up the films by categories like if they had Toryama involved or not. And having overly long info about average ratings is not really how a list like it should be made. See List of Marvel Cinematic Universe films for an example of how it should look in the reception section. Thanks. Happy editing.★Trekker (talk) 05:52, 29 January 2019 (UTC)Reply

DO NOT COPY edit

"DO NOT COPY" is a basic concept in academia. The content you added here at Mersal (film) was copied the sources you used.[5][6] This is unacceptable, and you have previously been warned about this. Copying is intellectually dishonest and lazy, and constitutes intellectual theft. Plagiarism and copyright violations will not be tolerated at Wikipedia. If you can't summarise content in your own words in proper English, then you shouldn't be adding content like this. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 21:12, 18 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

July 2020 edit

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates, or other materials from Wikipedia without adequate explanation, as you did at Mersal (film), you may be blocked from editing. Diff: [7] Cyphoidbomb (talk) 19:21, 26 July 2020 (UTC)Reply

You should also be double-checking your work, as edits like this, where you (for whatever reason) delete the |gross= parameter and replace it with the non-existent |box office= parameter is totally pointless, since it results in no visible change on the page. Further, per MOS:LARGENUM and Template:Infobox film instructions, the level of specificity of "$25,775,371" is too much. The community prefers condensed values like "$25.8 million". Vadhu Doctoranu moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Vadhu Doctoranu, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~StyyxTalk? 20:40, 11 July 2022 (UTC)Reply
