General doubt

Noticed that a lot of low-key film industries like the Odia film industry, do not have many online sources. It is hard to find "two reliable reviews" for any film. Finding one itself is a big deal. How do you go about telling which articles are notable or not. A box office success, hit film could have minimal sources, especially if it from the early 2000s or earlier. If you can't find sources, don't care about it at all. But if a film is super notable, maybe sources will be in the form of retrospective ones. I basically wouldn't care if an unnotable film didn't have an article if there are not enough sources to prove its notability and that appears to be the case with Odia films.
