The sources cited here need to be fuller. For newspaper articles, use {{cite news}}: Empty citation (help) even if you accessed them online, and make sure you give also the author and the date of publication. At present the citations are so messy that it is hard to see what is reliable and what not, especially as I don't have access to some of the sites that are linked. I suspect that if you do this, you will have several good sources. But I did notice that the Washington Post article doesn't actually mention Frotman. I think we need more. The point is, nothing in his biography is actually notable in Wikipedia terms unless his resignation made waves - and I am not seeing enough evidence of that.
