Request reason:

I have been blocked from editing because of using an open proxy, however I have no knowledge of using one and don't know how to change this. To my knowledge, I am still using the same server as I always did, though I am in the Philippines right now and not in my home country of South Africa. Please let me know how I can correct this. Thanks so much.

Hello! That's unfortunate. This is only a procedural decline since this isn't a "regular" unblock request. Would you please follow the instructions at [1] and submit a new block request as per those if the problem persists?
