April 2020
editHello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:Derk van der Veen, from its old location at User:Johnhuxley/sandbox. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Sulfurboy (talk) 20:35, 10 April 2020 (UTC)

Derk van der Veen moved to draftspace
editAn article you recently created, Derk van der Veen, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption and also to prevent this page from being nominated for deletion. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your submission at Articles for creation: Derk van der Veen (May 5)
editYour draft article, Draft:Derk van der Veen
editHello, Johnhuxley. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Derk van der Veen".
In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply and remove the {{db-afc}}
, {{db-draft}}
, or {{db-g13}}
code.
If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
Thank you for your submission to Wikipedia! UnitedStatesian (talk) 17:05, 25 November 2020 (UTC)

It's clear that you're just here to promote Derk van der Veen. Also, the fact that you can't even format an external link after three-and-a-half years of editing is highly concerning, to say the least. Graham87 (talk) 14:53, 4 October 2023 (UTC)
