Hello and welcome. Just to let you know, I've taken the liberty of moving your name to the members list. Hope that's OK. Nzd (talk) 23:49, 6 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Thank you. I am looking for someone to adopt me. Jerusalem666 (talk) 23:53, 6 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

That's great. The page with all the information about that is here. The easiest thing to do is to add {{subst:dated|adoptme}} to your user page, or you can browse the list of adoptors here. Thanks, Nzd (talk) 00:00, 7 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

I have added that to my Userpage - adoptme banner. Thank you for your support. Jerusalem666 (talk) 00:05, 7 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Note: All columns in this table are sortable, allowing you to rearrange the table so the articles most interesting to you are shown at the top. All images have mouse-over popups with more information. For more information about the columns and categories, please consult the documentation and please get in touch on SuggestBot's talk page with any questions you might have.

SuggestBot picks articles in a number of ways based on other articles you've edited, including straight text similarity, following wikilinks, and matching your editing patterns against those of other Wikipedians. It tries to recommend only articles that other Wikipedians have marked as needing work. Your contributions make Wikipedia better — thanks for helping.

If you have feedback on how to make SuggestBot better, please tell me on SuggestBot's talk page. Thanks from Nettrom (talk), SuggestBot's caretaker. -- SuggestBot (talk) 02:10, 7 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for advertising or promotion. From your contributions, this seems to be your only purpose.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  MER-C 19:02, 7 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
@MER-C: Are you sure about this? Yes, I see some inappropriate links, but also some useful contributions and the editor seemed keen. There are no warnings on this talk page so maybe some education is in order? What happened to assuming good faith? Nzd (talk) 19:18, 7 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

I got a list of articles to edit via the SuggestBot. I worked on the article, one after the other. I was surprised I am blocked for contributing to Wikipedia. If you think I am doing something wrong, state it explicitly. No warning of any kind was issued. Jerusalem666 (talk) 08:17, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Decline reason:

As per below. Given that there is also a problem with your username, if you wish to make a new unblock request please use {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}}. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In that reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 08:01, 9 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Do you understand that blogs are not generally considered reliable sources, as they usually lack editorial control and review? That said, unless I'm missing something I would tend to agree that an indef block isn't warranted here, at least for their edits(see username issue below). 331dot (talk) 09:48, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Note the blocking admin's response on my talk page, and that some of these articles do not appear on the SuggestBox list above. Based on that, it's easy to see why the block was imposed, although still possible the editor made mistakes. Nzd (talk) 10:39, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
OK, I see that now. 331dot (talk) 10:44, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Reviewing admin: please see Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/bestbbwdatingsite.com, Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/bbwsdatewebsites.com, Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/gointerracialdating.com, Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/interracialdatewebsites.com, Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/cougardatesites.com and Wikipedia:WikiProject Spam/LinkReports/mysugardaddysite.com. This is very much deliberate spamming, and the sites involved have been blacklisted. Y'all being socially engineered. MER-C 07:47, 9 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

Your username

edit

No comment on your current block (which I have not examined), but can I ask you what your username means? I can see one interpretation of it that would be taken as offensive by many people. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:28, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply

I would agree on the username. I think being unblocked will require you to suggest a new username. 331dot (talk) 09:44, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
Including 666 in a username guarantees a block. Also, please do not again add content that is copyrighted elsewhere. Wikipedia content is "free". If found elsewhere, it must be under creative commons, GFDL or in the public domain.-- Dlohcierekim (talk) 12:19, 8 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
