Proposed deletion of Oliver Kelaart

The article Oliver Kelaart has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:NFOOTY and WP:GNG.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
