Proposed deletion of GI Go Fund

Hello, I have placed several comments in the talk section related to this article, yet no record of it has been kept and the article has been deleted for lack of noteworthiness. This in spite of references to news articles and outside sources that show it is not a promotional article but one highlighting a real organization.
