Edit in Praveen Togadia edit

Any specific reason to remove persondata tag from Praveen Togadia ? Nothing mentioned in edit summary or talk page ? --atnair (talk) 15:55, 11 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Help me in undo that Person tag from Praveen Togadia.Irfannaseefp (talk) 16:16, 11 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

  • Here are some problems:
    • you replaced a direct quote with an unverified term: the reference says "against one community", and you replaced that with "Muslim", which isn't what the reference says.
    • here you claimed "Hindutva", which isn't proven in the reference. Hindu nationalism, yes, but Hindutva, no. Moreover, you claimed he "is known for inflammatory speeches", which first of all isn't true--he's known for being a Hinduist politician--and second is not neutral.
    • Removing the persondata and defaultsort templates makes no sense, as atnair suggests: these things are necessary for the internal organization of Wikipedia's articles. Drmies (talk) 16:34, 11 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

February 2013 edit

Hello, I'm Drmies. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Praveen Togadia seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Drmies (talk) 16:14, 11 February 2013 (UTC)Reply

Other crap exists edit

Please do not add or change content, as you did to Kozhikode, without verifying it by citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Re your remark "There is no any reference given to any other points in Cuisines section." Indeed, there isn't. Please have a look at wp:OTHERCRAPEXISTS. Instead of re-adding the crap, feel free to remove some of the other unsourced content from that article. Or better still, find some sources for that content. Please start with undoing your revert?. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 08:15, 23 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

2002 Gujarat violence edit

Read WP:VAND. Accuse me of vandalism again will piss me off greatly. And it is cited, I know it is cos I wrote most of the frigging article. Darkness Shines (talk) 17:56, 26 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

You are actually removing properly cited contents from this article to make this article one sided. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dprabin (talkcontribs) 20:42, 26 December 2013 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Mammootty during white shooting.jpg edit

A tag has been placed on File:Mammootty during white shooting.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an image licensed as "for non-commercial use only," "non-derivative use" or "used with permission," it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. [1], and it was either uploaded on or after 19 May 2005, or is not used in any articles. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. I am a new editor and I created a new article on the malayalam youtube channel- Karikku. Proposed deletion of Njan Sthree edit

The article Njan Sthree has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not appear to be notable. Nothing found in a BEFORE. Tagged for notability since 2017

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
