Greetings!

I noticed you tweaked the photo of Nicolae Beldiceanu that I included in his article, and I am happy that someone has taken enough of an interest in this article to have done something like that, since I did spend quite a lot of time on reworking it. I found that photo online in an obscure place - it is obviously from a newspaper from long ago - and I felt no problem about using it, since any copyright on it has long ago expired.

At any rate, you may find some of the work I'm doing of interest: I've been very busy reworking the Cucuteni-Trypillian culture article, and am actually now in the process of breaking it down and creating an entire "family" of sub-articles that were taken from the main body of the original article. It had just gotten so enormous that it was impossible to read it or edit it in a way that made sense. I'm very interested in this subject area, and just recently found out about it. After I get done reworking and bringing the Cucuteni-Trypillian article and sub-articles up to a high standard, I'm going to continue with another project I started, which is to go through the lists of all of the Cucuteni-Trypillian settlements that have been discovered in southeastern Europe, and create or upgrade articles about every single one of them. This really needs to be done, I believe, and is actually somewhat important - having information about such important world heritage sites (even though they may not be officially designated as such) on the English Wikipedia is absolutely critical for enlightening people about this important aspect of European history.

Anyway, if you ever need help with anything (translating, editing, proofreading, etc), give me a shout-out. I also am VERY GOOD at tracking down obscure and hard-to-find journal citation references (having been a professional reference librarian for many years). And maybe if you're interested, we could work together on some project or article some time. Mihail Kogălniceanu

Doing a skim, I think it's certainly comprehensive and well-cited enough. Didn't really look too specifically into grammar, but it seems good as well. You might catch some criticism for the number of redlinks, but that's a minor quibble (and perhaps a reflection of en.wiki's coverage of the subject matter). I would suggest not to use a redlink in a "main article" template, though, unless you plan to be creating it soon. bibliomaniac15 20:21, 24 November 2011 (UTC)

Te-as ruga sa mai amanam inca putin: am lucrat in multe etape la articol, si sunt lucruri care au ramas in urma - de exemplu, citarile sunt cam haotice; in cateva zile pot sa remediez toate micile probleme de format (mai bine decat sa se chinuie altcineva), si o sa mai adaug cateva detalii despre ce a mai facut in interiorul PNL si despre ceva cu Dobrogea si Tratatul de la Berlin. Ionutz, ce imi ceri este foarte greu: am citatele respective in revistele respective (cel putin, cred ca le mai am pe toate), dar nu ma aflu langa ele decat ocazional. Va trebui sa "refac traseul", insa imi trebuie ceva timp si sa fac cumva sa ma aflu langa ele si langa un computer (sau macar sa le copiez de mana); nu iti pot spune sigur cat de curtand o sa se intample asta, dar nu am nimic impotriva sa se ajut. Pana atunci, mi-ai face un imens serviciu daca ai vrea sa selectezi citatele din traducerea mea engleza care necesita efortul asta, sa le scrii intr-o lista undeva (pe pagina mea, pe pagina ta, sau intr-un sandbox), ca sa le iau pe toate deodata si sa pot sa le trec prin ciur cat mai repede atunci cand ajung la ele. Orice, vezi contribuții. Nu vreau să editez încă la Wikipedia engleză, dar știu cum am procedat la Cupa României. (Romanian Wiki can be very good on places and politicians - I've {{ill}} linked from English Wiki to it more than once - but seems to be less good on subjects like this one.) Nevertheless, I suggest that you look for a better link than romaniatv.net - its WoT rating and the comments on it are shockingly bad. Narky Blert, thanks for the barnstar and I'm sorry for my heated argument. That site is one of the most popular news sites in Romania, but it has crapware as many other Romanian news websites that try to get money from readers in any ways as posible, even from a crapware addon that if you install you'll get their ads all over the place. Still, that was the only link I could found about the presence of the band at that specific festival, and it's better than linking directly to a Youtube video from an user that pirated the video from somewhere else.Ionutzmovie (talk) 01:49, 11 November 2016 (UTC)

I reverted three of your edits to articles that had been redirects (Goupata, Arcadia, Kolaitis, Kryonero, Arcadia) because: They didn't have citations, they weren't listed as settlements for their areas, weren't linked from other articles, and it's very hard to find citations for these very small areas. If you're interested, it would be better to update the articles that they redirect to? That would give greater visibility and context.

There is one article, though, that is larger, Dikella. It currently has no citations, but perhaps you can find some.

Another thought is, check out the Greek version of Wikipedia to see what they have for the villages. What I do, is I find the Greek word, look it up in el.wikipedia.org and then use Google translate to see the kind of information that they have - and what the sources are.

I hope some of the ideas help. I got charged up to see what I could find on Goupata (very little), but I updated the Akovos article in the process - and found it to be quite interesting. It would be great to get your thoughts.--CaroleHenson (talk) 07:17, 25 November 2016 (UTC)

If you're asking will the articles have a better chance of staying as its own article if they have references, the answer is yes. I think that I have seen that you've been on Wikipedia for awhile, so I'm sure you're familiar with finding reliable, secondary sources... which can be a little tricky for small towns.

In these cases, though, it's about whether a separate article is needed or not. Sometimes, you actually get better exposure if info from a small article is merged into a larger article, like a village of a community being on the community page, in these cases - because more people will see it - and searches on the village name would bring up the article.--CaroleHenson (talk) 11:09, 25 November 2016 (UTC)

Investigatie modificare

Salut Ionutzmovie Incerc sa aflu cine a facut o modificare la un subtitlu dintr-o pagina Wiki. Pagina este: https://ro.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eu_nu_strivesc_corola_de_minuni_a_lumii

si sunt interesat cine a adaugat modificarea: "posibil că intră la Real" din subtitlu, dupa Arta Poetica Interbelica.

nu am gasit modificarea in istoric si in prima versiune arhivata a acestei pagini apare acelasi subtitlu. posibil se modifica in alta parte.

ma poti ajuta sa aflu IP si data modificarii?

la fel si in cazul paginii https://ro.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plumb_(George_Bacovia) unde subtitlul este "pica la real". si aici acest subtitlu apare neschimbat chiar de la versiunea zero a paginii (adica inca din 2016) ceea ce nu pare verosimil. probabil ca la subtitlu este alt sistem de modificari, mai greu auditabil?
