I noticed that this user made promotional edits at University of Bucharest. I have already dealt with those edits, but I see that they also edited the same article on the Romanian Wikipedia quite extensively. I don't speak Romanian, so I cannot evaluate these edits, nor add an appropriate template (like Template:Paid or Template:Undisclosed paid) to the article there. Could you take a look at their edits and perhaps notify them on their talk page at the Romanian Wikipedia that paid editors should not edit directly, especially not for promotional purposes?
