Portal:Karakalpakstan

Hello. Are you able to finish producing Portal:Karakalpakstan and make it look similar to other portals? If there's not enough source material within Wikipedia, then it may be better to merge it into Portal:Uzbekistan instead, replacing Portal:Karakalpakstan by a redirect to the national portal.
