Discretionary sanctions alert for the Horn of Africa

You have shown interest in the Horn of Africa (defined as including Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea, Djibouti, and adjoining areas if involved in related disputes). Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic.

I maybe new to Wikipedia editing, but it was becoming obvious the username name Dabaqabad was clearly vandalizing and falsifying some of the pages with regards to anything Somalia or Somali. In fact, I caught up lying about the sources and references in the Land of Punt page where he kept deleting anything relating to Somalia or Somali even when I corrected him. This Wikipedia editor is also doing this in the Djibouti page taking the word Somali out and putting his tribal ones while not doing the same to the Afar one. He is doing disservice to Wikipedia while playing the victim. He and others editors are dishonest and biased. HornerAfrican15 (talk) 02:27, 31 March 2021 (UTC)
