Take a break

edit

Take a break. You're doing things very wrong.

I'm not sure what it is you're trying to do, but creating a bunch of articles that only link to external journal articles is not useful. If you want to use these articles as citations in a Wikipedia article you're writing, there is a proper way to cite those articles. See Help:Citing sources. But creating a Wikipedia article that contains only a link to the journal article is not correct. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!! 13:53, 14 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Also, please be sure to note the distinction between citing a source to support something written in an article, and linking all of a person's own works to their locations online. Wikipedia isn't a portal or directory. It shouldn't be used as a hyperlinked table of contents for a person's works. If such a table exists elsewhere on the Web, on the author's official site for example, then they can all be reached via a single external link (in an WP:External links section) to that location. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing because it appears that you are not here to build an encyclopedia. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may request an unblock by first reading the guide to appealing blocks, then adding the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  RickinBaltimore (talk) 13:59, 14 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Request reason:

I was editing the page https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Ardalan_Sameti and I'm wonder why I have been blocked?!

Decline reason:

See all those empty articles that you keep creating, which are not remotely suitable as encyclopedia entries, and for which you keep getting deletion warnings but are not stopping? That's the reason. If you explain here what you are trying to achieve with them, I or someone else will be happy to help you. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 14:36, 14 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Done, changed to 31 hours. Hatamtayy, please once this block is released do not create any more articles, and ask about adding these references to your article instead. RickinBaltimore (talk) 14:11, 14 July 2017 (UTC)Reply

Guidelines for creating articles have already been provided (see the Welcome message below). You will be able to resume editing your draft once your temporary block expires. An admin may choose to unblock sooner, but until they do, I would recommend reading the guidelines linked below. Also, I note that English does not appear to be your native language. You might do better to write the article at the Wikipedia of your native language. See the List of Wikipedias to choose the one that is in your language.
