Welcome edit

Hello, HARI KIM and welcome to Wikipedia! It appears you are participating in a class project. If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to go through our training for students. Go through our online training for students

If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{Help me}} before the question. Please also read this helpful advice for students.

Before you create an article, make sure you understand what kind of articles are accepted here. Remember: Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and while many topics are encyclopedic, some things are not.

Your instructor or professor may wish to set up a course page, and if your class doesn't already have one please tell your instructor about that. It is highly recommended that you place this text: {{Educational assignment}} on the talk page of any articles you are working on as part of your Wikipedia-related course assignment. This will let other editors know this article is a subject of an educational assignment and aid your communication with them.

We hope you like it here and encourage you to stay even after your assignment is finished! Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 05:11, 11 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of 다민족 edit

Hello HARI KIM,

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username Joseywales1961, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I have tagged an article that you started, 다민족 for deletion, because it's not written in English and seems to have been copied from an article on another Wikimedia project. To request a translation, please visit our translators over here. If you'd like to contribute to another Wikipedia, take a look at our full list of language projects.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top. If the page is already deleted by the time you come across this message and you wish to retrieve the deleted material, please contact the deleting administrator.

For any further query, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|Joseywales1961}}. And, don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

April 2021 edit

Before adding a category to an article, as you did to Indian River (Florida), please make sure that the subject of the article really belongs in the category that you specified according to Wikipedia's categorization guidelines. The category being added must already exist, and must be supported by the article's verifiable content. Categories may be removed if they are deemed incorrect for the subject matter. Thank you. It's good that you are studying categories, but for example, consider this edit. Lake Zakher already has a category Category:Lakes of the United Arab Emirates. Why do you think it would need a Category:Lake - which, please note, does not exist, because categories tend to use plural forms (hence, Category:Lakes)? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 03:56, 4 April 2021 (UTC)Reply

Busan Jagalchi Festival moved to draftspace edit

An article you recently created, Busan Jagalchi Festival, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Your draft article, Draft:Busan Jagalchi Festival edit

Hello, HARI KIM. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Busan Jagalchi Festival".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. If you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 04:51, 28 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
