You are very welcome! I am from the South African neck of the woods. FLXD is code for my real world surname. Your article deals with an interesting subject, and I imagine a lot of people could use the clarification. If you want to get away from the dictionary definition approach, try to add a little "why" into it: why does this term or that term exist, what makes it important and/or useful (goes to notability). To what extent (numbers!) is the term actually used? (and source/s!) This would be more encyclopedia content than dictionary. It really is up to you: you could take what you've got to Wiktionary, or you could rewrite it as an encyclopedia article. One other tip: the formatting of your article is very monolithic: big blocks of text. Try to break it up into headings and sub-headings. See Cheat sheet for wiki code shortcuts.

A couple of good things to know about Wikipedia:

• You cannot break anything that an editor / admin can't fix. Every change is recorded and filed, and a page can always be rolled back to a good version.
• Anyone, including you, is entitled to edit anything on WP, except protected pages.
• For you, as a new user, it would be wrong for anyone to come at you with feathers all a-ruffle. Experienced users would know to check your situation before deciding how to approach you. The rule on WP is "assume good faith" (until or if proven wrong!).
• Before editing, it is only sensible to look at the article's talk page to see if the point you are concerned about has been discussed already. If you want to make an important change, it is good to mention what you are doing and why on the topic talk page. You don't have to wait for a response.
• If you have any questions, try visiting the tea house. They are very friendly and will not mind any question, no matter how 'green'.

You can edit my talk page any way you like, feel free. You can't break it, and if I don't like what you did I can change it back!

Your latest submission at AfD

Hi, and welcome to Wikipedia. I took the liberty of "prettying up" the article you just submitted on NNN. It appears to be an interesting subject and it is good you referenced it. So many newbies don't realize the importance of that! The "prettying" I did was all pretty straightforward stuff and changed your content not one iota.

1. If you look at this message in the edit view, you will see how numbered lists are done. You put in the # symbol at the beginning of the line and it is all automatic.
2. Use the equal sign (=) to offset section headers. Place them before and after the header. The number of equal signs control the font size. More is less. Apparently the coding designers were fans of Louis Sullivan.
3. To get your references to show, make a new subheader References (you would type it ==References==). Under that, type {{Reflist}}. The superscripts and all are automatic, too.

Hi....sorry about your bad luck at AfC. I am thinking that the reason they denied you for advertisement was because (due primarily to your use of capitalization) they thought an NNN lease was a product you were trying to sell as opposed to a financial device which anyone can sell or use. So, I started cleaning up your capitalization when a cranky kid and Friday night stopped me. Please continue. In the process of that, I also noticed you used way too much financial jargon. You are writing for a worldwide, general audience, not a trade group. You will have to clean that up because I lack the knowledge to wade through it. That gives you a starting point on cleaning it up. Just a couple other points.

1. If you want an indent at the beginning of a line, type a colon. (:) Typing spaces at the beginning of a line boxes your text and makes a big mess in wiki-markup. You indicate a paragraph break by pressing the enter key to insert a blank line.
2. When you post on someone's talk page, please use the "new section" button at the top of the page. That gives you a chance to give it a title and puts it in the right place, at the end.
3. When you post on a talk page, or in a discussion, or pretty much anywhere but while editing an article, you should sign your communication by typing four tildes (~~~~) at the end. That will automatically sign and timestamp your communication.

Speedy deletion nomination of NNN Lease
