However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of fair use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable fair use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable fair use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
2. On the file discussion page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

@Rosguill: Hello, Rosguill. Thank you for your comment! I do not believe to have any conflict of interests here, as I am not affiliated with the Open university Business School anyhow. Years ago I took some classes with the open university (but so did over 2 million people who studied at the open university), so I naturally have some knowledge of this institution, but I was not studying at the open university business school. Seeing that the OU article was not updated and was missing some Information I decided to improve it, and since there wasn't an article about the OUBS (only a section in the article about the open university) I decided to create it. It is the first time I create a page on Wikipedia, so I will try to further improve it, to make sure it is fully complying with the Wikipedia standards. In general, my main interest is in improving the quality of articles about universities and colleges in general, I am also planing to improve some articles about small towns in Europe. So far I edited articles about the open university, university of York, Sup de Luxe, Northumbria University, EDC Paris Business School, and Wrexham Glyndŵr University. I am planing to continue improving the quality of those articles and I would like to continue improving some more articles, primarily about the UK universities. Wikipedia and copyright

Hello GerOUstud!
