Magneticare edit

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Magneticare, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.magneticare.net/founder.html. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. Speedy deletion nomination of Magneticare edit

A tag has been placed on Magneticare, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. February 2010 edit

Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Magneticare. While objective prose about products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not intended to be a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Thank you. Since you restored all the material I deleted (in order to give it a chance of survival) despite the problems with it, I've put it up for deletion again as a promotional article. —Largo Plazo (talk) 01:59, 7 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

February 2012 edit

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Unsecured debt. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. Dawnseeker2000 21:56, 26 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

  • And there's also WP:COI. The main question now, which an administrator can discern, is how much of the article has been copied from other sources, and whether the original version was largely copied. 2601:188:180:1481:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 06:37, 18 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
The copyright issue will still have to be addressed because of the page history (any copied material will need to be removed from public view), but I boldly redirected the article to the education section in the article on Westwood. Non diploma granting schools are presumed to be non notable and there is nothing to indicate this school would be an exception. Further, the article primarily consisted of unencyclopedic material and was loaded with unsourced or self sourced claims of achievement, making it also promotional. That in no way was a valid encyclopedia article. John from Idegon (talk) 17:09, 18 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to User talk:2601:188:180:1481:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 while logged out. Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts usually does not allow the use of both an account and an IP address by the same person in the same setting and doing so may result in your account being blocked from editing. Additionally, making edits while logged out reveals your IP address, which may allow others to determine your location and identity. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. No matter where you are posting, please edit signed in if you have an account. Not only is failure to do so confusing, in some cases it can be disruptive (as it makes it appear that others have commented when in fact they have not) John from Idegon (talk) 02:04, 21 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
