February 2022

edit

Thanks for contributing to the article Flowers in Fog ‎. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. 1. I don't care if you are a fan or not. Please don't use too much news just to prove the same thing, and wikipedia.org is not a collection box for news reports.
  2. I found that there are many one-off accounts in Deng_Lun.If you find any WP:SOCK, please report.
  3. If you can, please don't add too many unimportant details, especially if you use unreliable sources (including no source). Rastinition (talk) 07:28, 5 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, such as at User talk:Ccdl, (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment, or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button   located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. Rastinition (talk) 19:08, 7 March 2022 (UTC)Reply

License tagging for File:Jonaxx in 2020.jpeg

edit

Thanks for uploading File:Jonaxx in 2020.jpeg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 08:30, 14 April 2022 (UTC)Reply

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Jonaxx in 2020.jpeg

edit

A tag has been placed on File:Jonaxx in 2020.jpeg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement of https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=230408888444229&set=ecnf.100044253585205. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of Night Wanderer

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Night Wanderer requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from https://chinesedrama.org/night-wanderer-2022/. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.

Will edit those out immediately. Thanks for the information. Ccdl (talk) Ccdl (talk) 23:43, 27 May 2022 (UTC)Reply

Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Night Wanderer

edit

Hi Ccdl. I noticed that you created Night Wanderer but have not participated in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Night Wanderer yet. Is this because you think article creators are not allowed to participate in deletion discussions (a misconception I've seen from new users in the past)?

Editors are allowed to participate in deletion discussions of articles they created. I encourage you to participate in the AfD discussion to share your rationale about why Night Wanderer passes Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline. The talk page note from the AfD nominator says, "anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion". Thank you, Cunard (talk) 10:22, 13 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit(s) you made to Lee Jae-wook, did not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. @Paper9oll i have read the discussion and it did not reach agreements. The examples shown above also have still fan meetings in their sections. Ccdl (talk) 14:32, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Lee Jae-wook. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Paper9oll (🔔📝) 14:46, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Paper9oll how did it became disruptive editing? and the examples shown above in the discussion still appears till today the fanmeeting section? so I think they should be deleted too? Ccdl (talk) 14:48, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Ccdl You WP:IDHT so it became disruptive editing. And in case if you didn't read it correctly, the answer given by Explict and Alex answered that. And yes, they should be deleted as well. Paper9oll (🔔📝) 14:49, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Paper9oll but I read the discussion and it seems to appear that there is no definite agreement reached in whether deleting the fanmeeting section or not. Ccdl (talk) 14:51, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Ccdl As I have mentioned earlier if you read the replies given by Alex and Explict, you would have found the answer, in short, it shouldn't be included unless it's notable events otherwise it's simply WP:ROUTINE. No one bothered to reply to the OP because the discussion was archived, and prior to automated archiving OP didn't ping anyone, lastly OP also didn't understand the discussion as seen in their earlier reply which Alex have to correct them on hence my assumption for OP replying the last reply is because OP didn't understand the replies given by Alex and Explict. Paper9oll (🔔📝) 14:56, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Paper9oll so I think you should delete too the examples (artists) shown in the discussion with the "fanmeeting" section. Ccdl (talk) 14:59, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Paper9oll you cited examples in your post if my memory serves me right. How about you go back and delete the fanmeeting sections of those you mentioned in your earlier post because I checked that their fanmeeting section is still available till today. The rule should be applied to all. Ccdl (talk) 15:13, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Ccdl Not sure why you even ping me twice for same queries, if you're in a rush then you're free to go ahead to remove it, otherwise you can wait for it. I'm a person and volunteer not a robot. Paper9oll (🔔📝) 15:32, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Paper9oll I did not mean to send the same queries. I just want to say it in complete words so that you can get my point that the rule must be applied to all. That's all. Ccdl (talk) 15:40, 8 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
