I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Metz Featured article nomination

Hello Bava, I'm sorry to say that I do not believe that your FAN currently meets the criteria to pass. I'm not saying it won't, but if you want it to you will have to verify every statement unlikely to be known by others; I've put a couple of examples on the nomination's talk page.

If you did not already know, there is a peer review section of wikipedia where you can get your article reviewed so that you can improve it. When you've done that, I suggest putting it up for a good article nomination where the criteria are not so demanding. Then, it may be best to get another peer review and state that you are hoping to get it to FA standards. After that, try posting it on the FAN wall.
