Proposed deletion of Oyebiyi Ladapo

The article Oyebiyi Ladapo has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Was previously CSD, appears to have been recreated by same user; still fails WP:GNG and is largely an unsourced biography. Putting up as a PROD in case there are more sources out there; I can't find any.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
