It has already been pointed out above by Greyjoy that drafts are not placed in Wikipedia categories reserved for articles until after the draft has been approved and moved to the article name space. Depsite being advised about WP:DRAFTNOCAT in both edit sums as well as above, you continue to re-enable the categories in the draft. Please stop doing this because if you don't it's going to eventually be seen as disruptive and will likely lead to an adminstrator being asked to intervene. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:14, 4 September 2018 (UTC)
