Attaching documents

Do not attach documents, whether .pdf or .doc or .xl or whatever, to articles. We need references to published sources. We do not want a scan of a clipping of a published article: scans can be altered or otherwise falsified. We want a properly-formatted reference to the original publication of that article, even if it is not available online, so that a researcher could go to the original publication and see it right there. --Orange Mike | Talk 01:34, 23 July 2020 (UTC)Reply
