Request reason:
I have to follow the guidelines provided by the WP but I have not follow it, sorry for that but the person have a second chance in which he could prove himself. I have understand what I am blocked for, I will not do it again, I will make productive contributions. Please for God sake and the articles which I have improved need me, I will follow all the Wikipedia laws and regulations, Please give me second chance.

Dear Administrator! The reason why I was blocked was because of my disruptive edits, in short: In Doraemon article, I have been doing continuous edits to increase my edits , Truth is that, I was in greed, at that time. I tried to game the system and I am aiming for 500 edits to become Extended Review Editor. I admit my mistake fully, but you can block/delete this account permanently, to give me second chance, with unblocking my IP so I can restart my journey of editing Wikipedia. Now I will fully follow the Wikipedia rules to not do disruptive edits again. I have understand what is my punishment, BIG SORRY FOR THAT, please don't waste my previous contributions which I have made to Wikipedia. You have right to Block/delete this account which had 417 edits but you have also right to give me second chance. I tell you the whole truth about that incident. I am very sorry for doing disruptive edit on DORAEMON Article. only and 331dot Back to the point: Q1. We need to know what constructive contributions you wish to make?
ANS. First of all, I wish to make a constructive contribution to Wikipedia which is useful and helpful rather than negative and unhelpful. I wish to make these type of contributions to Wikipedia on my loved articles. Just like Kuruluş: Osman, I am fan of this series, and many articles which I have able to do that.
Q2. We also like to know why you were so keen on getting to extended confirmed status?
ANS: I previously tell that I did disruptive editing on DORAEMON Article by removing D many times to reach up to 500 edits, I want to reach extended confirmed status was because of I'd like to show off 😅 means when I am a beginner 1 month ago, any person reverted my edits readily. When I reach 300 edits, I saw a change on that thing. That's all I have no other reason.
Q3. If you achieved that status, what were you planning to edit that you can't do as just a confirmed user?
Ans I previously in second question said that I started editing Wikipedia 1 month ago, I have no reason of editing as extended confirmed status, I previously also said that I will make constructive contributions to my loved articles, which are not bound to be edit as extended confirmed reviewer. It was just a show off thing (very sad to say that by the way), but now I knew the Wikipedia laws and regulations, I have to follow it and I also knew that Show off is nothing on Wikipedia, you just have to make useful and helpful contributions rather than negative and unhelpful contributions, that is the reason.

Dear Administrator! PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON ME, PLEASE UNBLOCK ME, PLEASE UNDERSTAND MY EMOTIONS, MY FEELINGS. PLEASE THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I AM REQUESTING UNBLOCK, PLEASE HAVE MERCY ON ME, HAVE MERCY ON ME.
Note: My Phone means in which I was blocked because of disruptive edits. Another Phone means in which I create an account.
My UnBlock Request has been blocked with a reason, that I used sock puppets, including NoNworkeR (talk · contribs) , I am going to tell you the truth. After the blocked on my account, My Phone in which I have logged into the account was not able to edit any article because of ban. When I logged out, I still not able to edit any article, because of my IP address blocked. Tomorrow, when I open Wikipedia on Another phone (NOTE: on another phone), I am able to edit Wikipedia, I become happy, that Wikipedia unblock me, but when I check My Phone in which IP address is blocked, I am still not able to edit any article. I thought that what is going on? On Another Phone, I created an account, and it was properly created, After that I thought that it was an error on My Phone (error means showing block), so I log in into the account which I have created on Another Phone on My Phone named as NoNworkeR (talk · contribs). BELIEVE ME, I SERIOUSLY not thought that I was using a sockpuppet account. After that, when I log in into the account on My Phone, I was able to edit, so I made first edit on Kuruluş: Osman, you can saw the edit history of that account. After 30 minutes, when I made edit, I was blocked on Another Phone also, On that Time, I saw a message of administrator , that you have been using sock puppet account and you are blocked, ON THAT TIME I realised that I was using an sockpuppet account, Please understand my emotions, I have realised on that time not previously. Kindly remove my UnBlock so I can restart my journey on Wikipedia. I seriously God promise, did not thought that I was using an sockpuppet account (I Repeat) because on Another Phone I was able to edit, so I thought that it was an error on My phone which is showing a block, so I make an account on Another Phone, after that when it is blocked, on that time I realised that it was an sockpuppet account. I can say the lie to make this request good but I did not do it , I say the TRUTH. Please read it carefully and understand my emotions, Wikipedia is like drug, when I am not able to edit it, my head become heavy and my eyes gone dark. I'm going to take away talk page access and suggest that you take a standard offer. - I won't formally decline your unblock request since I already declined your first request. I'll leave that to another admin. However, your request is... not sure what to call it. It's no good. You, you personally, the individual, are blocked. You are not allowed to create another account on another phone or in any other way. Your different phones aren't different people; a phone is not a person; it's the person that's blocked, because of disruptive editing. I'm sorry to hear you're so addicted to Wikipedia. I'm also rather surprised that you already feel this, after editing for barely one month. It makes me wonder if you had another account before.
