September 2018 edit

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Michael Mamas has been reverted.
Your edit here to Michael Mamas was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://twitter.com/michaelmamas/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 18:00, 8 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Polio vaccine edit

If you have a reliable source for the info you are trying to add, please do, but know that The Vaccine Reaction does not meet wikipedia's source standards, and neither does a letter to the editor, feel free to ask me if you have any questions. September 2018 - repeated addition of copyright links to YouTube edit

When adding links to material on external sites, please ensure that the external site is not violating the creator's copyright. Linking to websites that display copyrighted works is acceptable as long as the website's operator has created or licensed the work. Knowingly directing others to a site that violates copyright may be considered contributory infringement. This is particularly relevant when linking to sites such as YouTube or Sci-Hub, where due care should be taken to avoid linking to material that violates its creator's copyright. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. See Wikipedia:Copying text from other sources for more information. Please stop adding YouTube videos which are not on the broadcaster's official site. Doug Weller talk 09:59, 21 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
I see you've been told about this issue, and even agreed not to use the interview on Asia tv, but nonetheless are still adding it. This is something we cannot allow and if it continues you will have to be blocked. Doug Weller talk 10:16, 21 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

September 2018 adding sources to a BLP that do not mention the subject edit

Please stop adding unsourced content, as you did on Michael Mamas. This violates Wikipedia's policy on verifiability. If you continue to do so, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Doug Weller talk 10:17, 21 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Adding sources to back up statements about a person when they don't mention the person violates at least two basic policies, WP:VERIFY and WP:BLP. It also suggests that you might not be competent enough to edit these articles. 10:19, 21 September 2018 (UTC)

September 2018 edit

Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your removal of this template does not appear constructive, and has been reverted. Thank you. Geartooth Talkosphere 12:04, 21 September 2018 (UTC)Reply

Discussion about your edits edit

There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. It's at WP:ANI#IP continuing to add copyvio links to YouTube. 13:43, 21 September 2018 (UTC)Doug Weller talk
