I'm logged onto Wikipedia on my phone, so I will have multiple IPs. I have not been accused of socking, but a wikipedia policy page advised me to say this.

If you would like a response from me on a talk page, and I havent replied in a day or two, please leave a message on my talk page.

I generally like to focus on translating over redlinked articles, or expanding articles we already have. I'm bad at starting new articles from scratch, and do better when there's already something there to start from. Translating articles is frankly the only thing I can do for large contributions. I may make small changes repeatedly, minorly rewording what I said before. This is just how my brain works, sorry if I clutter the log.

When bringing over an article, I tend to translate literally out of laziness to avoid losing necessary context. I tend to not pay as much attention to prose, grammar and spelling and generally end up with a rough draft, good enough for mainspace but still likely benefitting from some copyediting, which I will try to fix up over time. Please clean it up, I do not want to see the text I initially wrote just sitting there. I actually want it to be iterated over and replaced.

I can be excessively indirect or extremely blunt without a middle ground. I'm not changing. :D If I'm coming off as rude, trout me. If I make a mistake when referring to you, please just correct me.

If you need a paragraph of two translated from a ja-wiki article, something added from a news article, or just me to verify a translation, feel free to ping me. My only exceptions are post-90s politics and smut.

I tend to lean far more inclusionist when it comes to AfD than a lot of other people. Fellow programmers will understand, if you have ever googled a question, found someone having your exact problem, and had it closed as duplicate of a problem that has nothing to do with your original question, that's how that deleted article feels to the person looking for it. If it's notable enough for someone unrelated to find enough information to write about it, and for someone else unrelated to look for it, it's notable enough. With the sole exception of blatantly promotional articles. It's always better to draftify articles than it is to delete them. That way, the author doesn't feel like their hard work was wasted, but rather they needed to do more work on it.
