Scope edit

For the purposes of this template (and I guess Warks rly articles in general), what is the boundary to be observed? I'm thinking of stations in the Birmingham/Coventry/Solihull/Sutton Coldfield area which lay within the traditional county of Warwickshire for the whole time that they were open, but since closure their sites now lie within the post-1974 county of West Midlands. Examples include Birmingham Curzon Street; Camp Hill; Hampton-in-Arden (Midland); Saltley; Sutton Park. --Redrose64 (talk) 11:05, 25 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

My guess is that we should be doing the same as with most of our articles, using current day boundaries and only those stations that are in the present day Warwickshire boundaries should appear here. Those that were in Warwickshire but are now in the West Midlands would be in {{West Midlands railway stations}}, I think the disused bit has Curzon Street in it. Further to this, Broad Marston and Pebworth -- originally in Gloucestershire, later in Worcestershire -- have never been in Warwickshire. Am therefore removing Broad Marston Halt and Pebworth Halt from this template. -- Picapica (talk) 14:38, 9 September 2013 (UTC)Reply
