Mistake in information about Whitmer High School

edit

The article states that Whitmer High School joined the Great Lakes League in the early 1970s. That is incorrect. I graduated from Whitmer in 1969 and the school had already been in the Great Lakes League for years. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.251.240.193 (talk) 04:04, 29 April 2008 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, but I graduated from Whitmer in 1988. I don't remember exactly when, but they joined the GLL sometime while I was there. They must have left and came back sometime during the 70's. --JulieC (talk) 19:51, 26 June 2008 (UTC)Reply

Whitmer joined GLL in 1983... I remember because I was a senior in sports —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.48.210.254 (talk) 23:55, 13 October 2010 (UTC) Whitmer was in the GLL from at least the early 60's and left to become independent in the fall of 1969, I believe. My older brother started there in 1963 and Whitmer was in the GLL then and had been for a while. I was in the class of 1973 and we left in either my freshman or sophomore year. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rdlwolverine (talkcontribs) 21:47, 8 July 2011 (UTC)Reply
