Interbreeding

edit

I don't know anything about this bird - I'm helping my daughter with a school project. But one sentence says that eastern and wester meadowlarks interbreed, and one says that they don't. Please - somebody who knows something about the bird, please make a correction and delete the incorrect sentence. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.7.42.221 (talk) 17:57, 6 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Are these birds carnivore/carrion eaters ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Alex d. chapman,jr. (talkcontribs) 21:59, 25 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Oregon Section

edit

Why does the Oregon section (from the {Oregon} term) appear at the bottom of this article? I know that the Meadowlark is the state bird of Oregon but that shouldn't mean that we need to list all that information about Oregon in this article. I see that the {Oregon} term appears in some other articles that describe things that happen to be symbols of Oregon e.g. Coast Douglas-fir but it does not appear in others e.g. Chinook salmon. —Preceding [[Wikipedia:Signatures|Spkal (talk) 04:15, 27 March 2010 (UTC)]] comment added by Spkal (talkcontribs) 01:28, 14 March 2010 (UTC)Reply
