Does not meet WP:SOLDIER & sig RS coverage not found. A wing commander during peacetime does not meet SOLDIER, as it does not constitute "significant body of troops in combat". Highest rank achieved was colonel. Sig RS coverage not found Bundesluftwaffe or Luftwafffe.
