The "New York Times" of Jan 12, 1998 gave in its obituary that Diemer died "last Thursday" which by the calendar is not the 9 Jan date given, but would in fact be 8 Jan 1998. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.133.128.60 (talk • contribs) Walterh

The Bubble Gum page describes a different inventor (Gilbert Mustin). This page makes no mention of this contradiction, but probably should.
