Series or seasons?

It says it ran for five "series" - in the US it would be seasons but I don't know about the UK. Help? Tualha (Talk) 02:06, 22 July 2007 (UTC)

Basil Makepeace description

I admit it's a while since I've seen this programme, but it was one of my favourites at the time. I'm not particularly happy with the suggestion that Basil Makepeace "sexually harrassed" the female residents. From what I recall, they were usually happy with the attention, and Tom and Diana generally referred to him as "Bonking Baz", giving the impression that he was more than successful in his intentions. Allusion

The first episode establishes that Diana feels perpetually down, as if her life were over, and so she is just waiting to see God. Even if the pun were unintended, it's a great title for the show. David Spector (user/talk) 14:20, 25 February 2013 (UTC)
