Correction

Me-TV never aired on Channel 26 WCIU. Check out an archive of TV listing. ME-TV was started specifically for channel 23 as a block of afternoon shows. It expanded and waxed and waned for almost a year before it went full time on Jan 2005. 4.143.237.164 (talk) 04:16, 15 May 2008 (UTC)ericReply

"Me" and "U"

edit

Is the "MeTV" moniker meant as a humorous contrast to WCIU "The U"? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Theodore Kloba (talkcontribs) 19:30, 23 February 2007 (UTC).Reply

Fair use rationale for Image:MeTV Chicago.png

edit

Image:MeTV Chicago.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 22:41, 5 June 2007 (UTC)Reply

Will there be a WMEU-CA page when MeToo launches on March 1, 2008?

edit

Will there be a WMEU-CA page when MeToo launches on March 1, 2008? AdamDeanHall (talk) 22:15, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Most likely the WFBT-CA page will be renamed. That normally creates an automatic forward, which can be overridden if another WFBT-CA ever goes on the air. I'm just a bit PO'd that I Dream of Jeannie is no longer carried by either channel. Andyross (talk) 23:00, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
It looks like somebody already created a WMEU page, although I think renaming WFBT-CA is best. Also, the WCIU page shouldn't list both, as WMEU will replace WFBT. Andyross (talk) 23:03, 26 February 2008 (UTC)Reply
