Not enough content - and there are no references. You must have references. Peridon (talk) 16:35, 28 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

A start, but LinkedIn isn't considered reliable (as it is user editable cont), and for the same reason Wikipedia can't be used to show notability. Try again, but avoid blogs, forums or anything users can edit. Peridon (talk) 16:43, 28 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

You can't take the tags off - but we can when the references and content get a bit better. If this gows, get the stuff together on your user page and ask me to have a look at it before it goes into main space. Peridon (talk) 16:43, 28 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

  • Ok, a couple of points:
  • The article is not speedy deleteable as an empty page as it has sufficient context to identify the subject
  • The creator of an article may never remove a speedy deletion tag, and could easily have been blocked for repeatedly doing so
  • Proper sources are of course required if an article is to be kept in the long term, but there is not a criterion for speedy deletion based on not having sources
  • I've put a brief protection on the article to try and halt the edit warring. Please calm down, everyone.
