Waste of Space

edit

You could mention Victoria and her sister at the Catherine de Medici page, but even there I don't think they're worth mentioning. You could make a redirect from here, but the chances of anyone wanting to look up a page called "Joan of Valois" in the first place are virtually nil, in my opinion. You could merge and lose every bit of this page's info and not mention Joan at all, which would be an odd use of the word "merge". The maker of this page, by the way, has deleted himself, it seems.

Does it matter? Well, when I saw the names of these girls on a Valois box (called Volois, by the way, for goodness sake: see Francis II of France}, I came to this page thinking "who's she?". It's a waste of curiosity, as any link here would be, bless the kid's soul. Come on, administrator, be bold.

(I hope I didn't use the wrong tag for suggesting deletion of this page. My motivation was to save anyone wasted analysis and discussion.) qp10qp 21:55, 11 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I agree. Both Joan and Victoria are mentioned in the article of their father. You can mention them in their mother's article too, if it's needed but why should 2 children who died soon after their birth have articles in WP? – Alensha   talk 11:57, 29 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

I concur as well. john k (talk) 20:02, 22 January 2008 (UTC)Reply
